Post-construction cleaning usually runs in three phases. The rough clean comes first, clearing debris and heavy dust once major work wraps up. The final clean follows once the finishes are in, washing surfaces, removing fine dust, and cleaning glass and floors. The touch-up clean is a last pass before move-in, catching any dust that’s resettled. We can do one phase or all three, depending on your project.
